Great team, tons of opportunities to learn

Long hours, several overnights during tax season

I really enjoyed my time at ARB, only left because I really wanted to move on from public accounting. Almost all of the partners, and the managing principal are wonderful to work for and set a great tone at the top. Work/life balance is very reasonable for staff, they look for an average of 56 hours a week in tax season which is very reasonable . Small firm that’s growing fast, a better fit for someone who’s able to work independently and exceed in a few different roles. The wages/benefits are competitive for a small firm/city, although certainly below some competitors. I really liked the culture there, I enjoyed my coworkers, and I felt very respected and treated well.
