Earlier, the company had a positive environment and good growth. Some talented and supportive teammates. Flexible work timings (depends on the project).

After the partners split, politics and favoritism increased a lot. Non-technical management — lacks understanding of tech challenges. No clear vision or transparency from leadership. Poor communication between teams and higher management. Career growth opportunities have dropped significantly. Decisions are often biased rather than performance-based.

1. Better Work Environment 2. Opportunities to work in latest technologies and quality projects 3. Amazing Team 4. Support from management and HR in critical situations 5. Regular trips, activities and refreshment events for employees 6. Even in these critical recession time company is handling employees very well.

Every company have some plus and minus, but in current time these cons are negligible
