Great people in Massachusetts, but poor leadership elsewhere - Technician Alcami Employee Review

The Massachusetts sites are run well. The North and South Carolina ones are run by a bunch of clowns. Owned by private equity. CEO is from the Stone Age and thinks that only people with collage degrees should be hired even for entry level positions that are low pay. The pay rises are 6% lower than the cost of living increases. The bonuses are a joke. I got better bonuses when I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts. They burnout their good employees.
