Pros
A team oriented business that attempts to make you feel like you're more than just a number. If you need it, advice is only a phone call or email away. Very friendly folks. Performance-based raises and bonuses
Cons
At times the workload seemed onerous and there were some frustrating redundancies (the time we spent reading and signing acknowledgments took away from actually doing the things what we were acknowledging!) Pay was okay but didn't reflect the true scope of what we do at the store level. It was almost impossible to get rid of poorly performing employees.
