Pros
-IF you have a good manager/coworkers you can get along with the work environment is relaxed and great. -There was an okay discount on products, although the best discount was on partnership products due to high mark-up. -There was an Employee + Family Assistance Program, regardless if you're PT or FT. -They had some stuff in place for LGTB+ employees? It came up once a year and nothing ever came from it, but at least they're not blatantly homophobic i guess.
Cons
-Communication was absolute crap. From handling requests from HR/regional to managers, trying to get a hold of company reps to return products or even trying to have IT/building issues fixed it often took weeks/months to get the proper contact with someone + to get issues resolved, and most times the person you get a hold of had no idea what to do or did a botched job + didn't care. -No opportunity for career growth. Literally none. It also took 2 years of a pandemic and employees walking out for anyone to get a raise. -Front-line workers (the sale associates/store managers) got the most crap from customers/upper management for the lowest pay of course. Whenever there were mandates/restrictions or till-crashes/power outages, FL-workers had to deal with the screaming + dehumanizing insults, the threats of lawsuits and physical advances. We're also the first to deal with thefts/robberies.
