Liberty of using resources and experimenting with logic was one of so many things that I loved about Alcanzar. Along with that I enjoyed the environment we started as 5 dedicated people we had and that was one of the most esteemed team I have ever worked with. We had no sense of time but that was never regretted as work was our passion and we enjoyed at work. Alcanzar gave me some of the most wonderful project I have ever worked on. Those were near to my heart, as I saw there ground Implementation and How those impacted in good of society. All of us including CEO were to work as team to achieve a common goal, all of us were appreciated and tested when it came to good and challenging work. Had most wonderful time of my working career in this startup which have grown to a stablished organisation just within and year of starting. Hats of to all the work that have been done to mate it what it is.

For the time I have spent I have nothing to say. Except a little lack of social life. Which I believe I chose for myself. So I am cool.

I started working here as a fresher and I am overjoyed as it gave me a good start to my career. *Good career Progression. * very friendly atmosphere. *Lots of projects on new technologies which helps you in learning new technologies and keeps you updated with the current IT trends. *Director of the company directly looks into the training of new employees. *HR of the company is very much cooperative, meetings are held on weekly bases to look into the problems of staff. *Female employees are given special assistance by the female director of the company *Good pay scale *Increments are done on quarterly basis. *Appreciation mail is given to the employee of the month. *Most importantly, HONESTY is the key which makes Alcanzar stands apart from the crowd
