Alchemy offers good benefits and a very positive work environment. The HR Director USA is outstanding—always approachable and supportive.

Alchemy has very limited opportunities for career growth. Although it's a tech-related company, it lacks stable technological infrastructure. The two main systems used—Jupiter and Callisto—do not function effectively as a proper WMS for operations. There is no real training when you join; you’re expected to learn everything on your own. Taking a sick day is nearly impossible unless you're seriously ill. Additionally, the NAMR Operations leadership has a pattern of letting people go at their discretion, often for personal benefit rather than team performance.
