They paid above average for the work. Option to work remotely.
Cons
Terrible software development attitude; very mismanaged projects. Things were rushed, unfinished, then they blame the developers when the product doesn't work. Absolutely abysmal. Awful work life balance. Worked an average of 70 hours a week for most of my time here. Overtime was just expected, with important meetings arranged at 20:00 to 22:00 not being abnormal, but 9 am start being absolutely mandatory.
