Severe issues with work life balance. Benefits are very limited. Expect to work late night because of uneven work distribution, and still get zero appreciation. If you are a married woman or planning to, DO NOT JOIN No maternity leaves or paternity leaves. Salary is ok-ok. Must admit, got fair hike, but with lack of mediclaim still makes it risky and costly. Nothing is covered. One accident and your 5 month salary is gone. Unnecessary extension of probationary periods is common. PIP, hire and fire has been noted in a few cases. Because management hires people from various unrelated profiles and then regret. Stay cautious about the contract you sign. Question every clause before you join.
