Very poor management resources were hired. The new manager has a habit of skipping the Associate Managers and directly interfering in Analysts work. He does not provide any solution, but rather just says things like "quality is not good" and spoils your hard work. Associate managers are also leaving for the same reason because he does not let them work independently and also doesnt help them. Highlights all the negative things.
