      Pros

      Good holiday scheme, TOIL etc, mostly nice people

      Cons

      Not very structured, operates like a start up. Work culture appears to be great on the outside but they aren’t very supportive or compassionate as employers as they claim to be. They also pretend to be diverse but clearly prefer British employees. Not a great place for immigrants or employees who are non-British.
