People can be friendly sometimes
A lot of baby showers, socials and birthdays to attend so people especially contractors are forced to focus on enjoyment rather than spending time on training that can help advance their career
Cons
Full-Time Employees' rude attitude towards contractors
Poor communication between management and contractors
Not Trust Worthy - they promise one thing and they do something else
Contract limit - this happened to me twice. They let me go two months before my contract ended. I did not want to joined them the second time but my recruiter begged me that my manager wants me to come back.
