Salaries and benefits are still better than most. Most of my supervisors have been very good and concerned with your personal growth.
Cons
Last few years it seems Alcon has gone backwards in its processes. Morale, productivity and creativity have dropped dramatically! Concern for product safety has certainly suffered lately.
