Pros
People on the floor are hard working and nice to get along with. The support staff are knowledgeable and care about the facility.
Cons
The management staff are uneducated and are picked based on "cheerleading" capabilities and not technical merit. If you are incompetent, lack professionalism and uneducated, you are the right person for CIBA management. The employees are not encouraged to express their opinions. When they truly offer their advice, they are ridiculed as "blue collar" content and some employees have received reprimands for speaking up in public.
