There is (was) a lot to like about this place: international presence, great products, strong research, and a lot of dedicated, friendly people.
Cons
Awful management at the top ... What was once a more collaborative, open environment is now 180-degrees the other way. The focus is on numbers at all costs, with a corresponding decline in the amount of attention paid to company culture and engagement.
