Very poor culture; lots of empty promises, terrible management and weak HR. When management changes, the culture shifts to suit this new « leader ». Lots of tenured people are replaced with their buddies from their former company. HR lets it all happen. Very demotivating, therefore the turnover rate in Canada is high.
