      1. Job duty is fairly easy 2. Supervisor/Manager tend to leave you alone if you hit your performance.

      Cons

      1. Paid suck compare to other in the same industry. 2. Your coworkers are RACIST. 3. Some peoples will get TIGHT on Wednesday during Spanish music hours. 4. Not LGBQT+ friendly at all.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.
