Good pay, decent benefits, good area to relocate if looking to beat commuting, open door on some things
Cons
low retention rate, work on too many family oriented holidays (money isn't everything) micromanagers, too much work life and they don't make you feel welcome, walking on eggshells because the managers can be entitled wishy washy.
