Pros
Good brands with science to back it up. Most employees are smart and work pretty hard. Part of Novartis which looks good on a resume. New CEO is smart and seems to be open to change.
Cons
Very risk averse, compliance and regulatory reviews much more restrictive than competitors. Talk about strategy but manage by tactics, changing direction at the first sign of trouble. Poor accountability, choose to do something different vs. fix the execution issues that caused the trouble. High expectations but limited resources. Stressful. Limited opportunity to advance or take new jobs.
