Engineering and manufacturing in house. Nice campus with on site gym, cafeteria, and out door court yard. Great benefits with excellent retirement plan
Cons
Experiencing beaurocratic headaches related to integrating into Novartis. Currently not backfilling vacant positions. Many employees leaving due to increased stresses and integration changes being imposed.
