      Pros

      Alcon has the best medical, dental and vision benefits! It's Clean and you work in the AC. Different shifts and work hours to choose from and the job is easy/fun. Paid Holidays, PTO and 2 ME Days are major pluses/pros!

      Cons

      Sometimes Communication between Coordinators, Supervisors, and Management are off-(Custom Pak). This causes confusion for the line facilitators and team.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
