      Good Benefits for employee. Salary is also good.

      Cons

      Not good for long term stay. Work life balance is very bad. Manager have more expectations. They give more value to vendor rather than permanent employee. Everytime u will be in radar of Manager. U will be out anytime without notice.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
