Pros
Great people, technology and opportunities to grow. Lot of projects that one can participate and increase their experience
Cons
No major cons but perhaps the salary levels can be increased and also the internal bands are not aligned for the same positions across different regions. Positions in EU and US have a higher band for employees in the same position in APAC or growing markets.
