Pros

The residents are the only reason most of the CNA'S come to work.

Cons

Rhis company does not care about it's employee's. They use scare tactics to threaten our jobs. They don't appreciate us. And to be honest half of these Alden homes are TRASH and all about the money. Funny how I see a negative review about CNA'S SINCE A STRIKE IS PENDING. PAY YOUR STAFF AND RESPECT THEM. WE WOULD LIKE A DECENT LIVING WAGE JUST LIKE THE MANAGERS WITH THEIR MICHAEL KORS PURSES ASO AS THE OWNER WHO MAKES 36 MILLION A YEAR!

Pros

- Some frontline staff genuinely try to do their best (although they're rarely promoted up.) - Exposure to high-volume operations

Cons

- Toxic work environment with poor leadership and low morale - Administrators often unprofessional or immature internally, but outwardly present a façade of professionalism - High turnover and chronic operational disorganization - Billing and operational practices often felt unethical and disorganized - Inadequate training and unclear expectations - Reactive management with little accountability or follow-through - Poor care and consideration for residents, driven by cost-cutting and reactive decision-making - Staff were frequently blamed for systemic issues beyond their control - Employee concerns were routinely dismissed - The wrong people are promoted into leadership while smart, loyal, hardworking employees are continually overlooked for promotions.
