Long hours (7am-6pm) Not everyone is at the same level of communication Customers are pushy/rude having to deal with warranty companies on a daily bases no real breaks for lunch ( the busiest time was during lunch and after 5)
The pros of wofking here far outweigh the bad. The benefits are great, the location is pretty relative, management is great. One of the few places where owner actually acknowledges his employees.
Cons
Its tough to get a raise even if you deserve one. (From the mercedes dealer) the service writer who has been there forever and probably will be is a pain in the butt know it all. Trying to buy a car with the employee discount is always challenge, because it never actually seemed like It was discounted
