Business outlook

Pros

- Exposure to bio manufacturing especially for people new to work/the industry - Can build good connections outside the company if you are good at what you do or willing to learn - Being a part of Danaher does give some pretty good benefits and perks (discounts, employee purchase plans, etc)

Cons

- Lots of unqualified/incompetent people particularly in technical roles and management mostly from being at the company for 8+ years and having no real experience besides Aldevron - Lots of talk is hidden or not brought up to senior management due to incompetent managers being afraid of blame or internal politics - Lapses in manufacturing and some regulatory matters are overlooked a lot of the time - No investment or backing in employees who want to grow or develop skills to do their jobs well
