Easy work but you never get a raise or any pto

Absolutely terrible management. HR does absolutely nothing to assist Management harassment. I would never suggest employment from this company, I worked here as a Team lead for about a month before putting in my 3 week notice to pursue a better career. They retaliated. Tried to use me as an example to implement new rules due to me causing a team leader be moved for safety violations. They started to nit-pick my processes and act like I was the problem. Never once did I receive any corrective actions prior to my notice. I was called out in the group chat from the Group leader, demanding I not leave before the shift was over without speaking with her. It was about a employee that had a problem with several coworkers I had no involvement with. After this message I replied that I was frustrated they were singling me out and treating me poorly when I've never been in trouble and treat everyone with respect. The group leader didn't like that I replied to the negativity so the company fired me, because they didn't want to accept that the management team was corrupt. I'm currently pursuing a legal resolve with my attorney. My new career path has slowed down this process and I may not have time to pursue a resolve but regardless, this company does not represent a good or safe work environment.
