The company had some decent ideals previously, the snacks for employees were nice and at least a good number of the departments were fairly good about communication.
Cons
Ever since the private equity buyout, it went to s***. They spent way too much money on the sales department only to fail miserably. I'm just waiting to see that the equity firm has gotten rid of the last of the existing admins (or just sells the company).
