      Pros

      Decent Leadership and benefits. Work-life balance is good.

      Cons

      We inch closer to going public so the pressure is on to perform at the top in every category. The restructuring that has happened has been messy. Bonus structure and especially tying it to contract performance is going to be bad especially when we can't control for the MA plans and what they do to lose money themselves but we have to earn it back.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
