      Pros

      At Aleph, there are beyond multiple opportunities to learn and there is always exposure to projects which are amazing. Opportunities are given to any Alephian capable and skilful who are willing to learn and explore beyond their day-to-day scopes. I have had lots of fun working on these challenges along with awesome peers and mentors. The people here are definitely the best, always warm and friendly <3

      Cons

      There's definitely a steep learning curve which comes along with the challenges and opportunities presented. There are time where extra effort and hours are required to ensure high quality work. Dedication and craft is the crux here.
