Focused on acquisition growth rather then organic growth. No upward mobility. Unorganized organization. No uniform processes. Try to illustrate a "warm fuzzy collaborative culture" but it is every man for himself with little organizational support and many false promises. Constantly renegotiating producer salaries and Nickle and diming producers. If you are an established producer I would recommend else where.
