Pros
Smart, passionate individuals that extend themselves to help support charitable foundations. Great salary, at least for Arizona and a comfortable work environment. Outstanding hours of operation (9-5) with the ability to work remote. Appropriate mix of talent, both young and old.
Cons
Like any other role in a business under 50 lives, you have to work to get to know the Principal movers and shakers. If you don’t, you may find yourself on the outside looking in.
