Pros
This isn’t a company where the “old school” way of doing things has any bearing on our lives. What worked 20, 10, or even 2 years ago isn’t just going to cut it in today’s ever-changing market and management knows that intimately. The company stays up-to-minute on trends and changes by encouraging all employees, and especially newer, younger employees to voice their opinions and give feedback. There’s no such thing as a dumb idea here, and this entire culture is what’s kept me at Spring for almost 4 years now and it’s what’s going to keep me here for many more years to come!
Cons
If there are any downsides to working in such an environment, I haven’t noticed them. Probably because it’s exactly the right fit for someone like me. I’m sure there are people who would come in and hate the way we do things here, but personally I’m a huge fan and I wish more companies operated in the same way.
