Culture starts at the top and when you have HIGHLY unethical leaders, it is a trickle down affect. Diversity & Inclusion....WHERE? This is not a focus or want at Alera. 0 out of 5 Senior Management 0 out of 5 Deceptive, Unethical and down right childish. Senior Management can make or break an organization and that is what you are seeing right now at Alera. 2% organic growth due to leadership not taking accountability, not being involved and passing the buck. 2025 will be worse that 2024.
