Pros
Great products, capable employees for the most part. Company is successful in distributing products in the specialty market in the US and internationally.
Cons
Vacation policy is poor, morale could be higher with better communication and team building activities. Expectations are high for some while others are exempt from answering for their mistakes. Management resistant to change even if it could be for the better. Office location is not ideal for anyone not living in North Jersey. Expensive commute from NYC.
