Cons
If you are top talent, ambitious, and know what you want professionally this may not be the best place to work. Expect to produce great work only to have it minimized. Poor/average performers are tolerated and PIPs not put into place to correct the performance. Compensation is below market. Forget about having any discussions about career progression, its practically forbidden. There are no career paths.
