Cons
To them you are a butt in a seat with no name. You will be asked to pick up extra work /d step up where they are short but it will not be reflected in your review. You will not get a bouns for providing exceptional customer service. For Christmas, you will get cheap chocolate in a mug . And forget about a proper raise, not happening. PTO accumulation sucks. I literally would have to work a month and a half to get one full day off.
