Toxic culture and bullying - Anonymous employee Alfa Laval Employee Review

I had a very disappointing experience working here. In my view, the workplace culture was toxic, and I experienced ongoing bullying that was not handled appropriately. I raised concerns with HR, but I did not feel supported or see meaningful action taken. It often felt like employees who were not in management or senior roles were treated as less important, overlooked, and not given the same respect or recognition. Managers did not seem to prioritize employee wellbeing, communication, or fair treatment. There were also situations that raised serious ethical concerns for me. Overall, I felt underestimated, unsupported, and uncomfortable in the work environment. I hope the company takes employee concerns more seriously and works to create a more respectful, accountable culture.
