Pros

Being involved and exposed to different food and beverage processes. Pay is decent. Coworkers are actually pretty cool.

Cons

Company ended remote work. So no more flexibility. Will be required to be on site for 3 days a week for no reason other than to appease management. Ig office parties are suppose to make it better that we are taking a pay cut to go back into the office despite doing our work from home without any issue. Of course, they are building new office buildings to house people so I don't see this going away. No room for advancement. RSM positions are rare on the sales. No path for advancement on the technical side. Management does not care about professional development. They nonchalant about losing competent employees to retirement. No plan to train up replacements. Many older people just come back as contractors but do little to pass on knowledge. Significantly reduced travel after the pandemic so not much contact with your team members or opportunities to learn from Global sales. Management is not flexible. They are also sales focused which does not bode well for engineered products that require technical competence to sale.

Pros

Pay and benefits are excellent

Cons

Company seems top heavy and upper management makes huge salaries while more service techs could be hired instead
