This review is for SJ location. Management is very poor. There’s an obvious lack of knowledge by top management. During my time there they lost multiple contracts with companies midway through project due to their poor performance. These faults were merely due to poor decisions made by management. Very hostile environment with the managers who often yell at employees. President of the company is very disrespectful and I’m honestly very surprised how they get away with it. The new hires struggle due to lack of training. It’s embarrassing how the management speak to the clients and architects. In addition, the overall salaries of employees were below the industry standard. I recommend people look for other MEP companies with better work environments and more competitive salaries. I left this place for a 40% raise with a competitor.
