      Great culture, nearly everyone is friendly, lots of opportunity to be heard and make a tangible difference. Plenty of opportunity to move into adjacent departments without ruffling feathers.

      Cons

      As a startup company, the pay is relatively low and as of yet there's not much management structure. Will likely get better over time.

      The company had a really Innovative technology that drove a common sense of purpose in everyone there. Furthermore, there was a great atmosphere at work and among coworkers.

      Cons

      The company had a startup environment, which meant not a lot of support and a lot of long hours. Company was dependent on venture funding.
