- great pay - great benefits - fascinating industry to be in

- most toxic environment I've ever worked in. - terrible management. no room for new initiatives if they don't come from the top. - for a startup, it's very hierarchical and unless you're part of leadership you're in the dark and should just follow orders - speaking up will get you nowhere
