Pros
The work was interesting and there are a lot of talented people.
Cons
In February 2023 they laid off about a third of their headcount -- 27 people out of around 80. I would advise avoiding the place until they get their business straightened out -- not that I imagine they will be hiring any time soon, obviously. Other than that, development process was pretty immature.
