I didn't notice anything so far.

The company has a great friendly atmosphere, management is very down to earth and very approachable, and communication is straightforward. Issues can be raised and addressed in a very unbureaucratic way making work life less stressful. The friendly atmosphere of the company allows for individual departments to work smoothly together. The company is constantly growing which brings new exciting challenges, allowing for new learning experiences and development of skills. The location of the office is next to Saska Kepa, far away from the hustle of the city, with large variety of restaurants and cafes to go for lunch or during breaks. Getting to the airports is rather quick, which means we often have clients visiting or we are often going to visit our clients. The office itself is one of the coolest co-working spaces in Warsaw, shared with many prestigious companies and startups, all of which attend networking sessions to share ideas and experiences. Community events take place almost on a weekly basis, with company breakfasts, team lunches, coffee, PlayStation evenings and company fun events (often inviting the families of the employees).

Events at the stadium mean some days, work has to be done outside of the office. The previous employee in my position had some personal issues and grudges, which left a bit of a mess to clean up. Having said the challenge to deal with the mess was quite exciting and results (growth of the company, increase in number of clients, increased revenue and great atmosphere) speak for themselves
