Boys' Club and toxic management (in SOME departments) - Marketing Aliaxis Employee Review

I worked here briefly and reported team bullying and the response I received was "boys will be boys". The GM of my department had no respect for the Right To Disconnect Laws and often would hold 1-1.5hour meetings after 5pm. I left due to a clear culture issue within the department I was hired in.
