Terrible culture, lack of respect, lack of accountability - Head of Impact Aliaxis Employee Review

I've experienced poor leadership across all levels, from my immediate supervisor to the CHRO and Group CEO. Unfortunately, this has led to a toxic work environment. I strongly discourage anyone from joining this company due to its lack of effective communication, accountability, and empathy. When attempting to address team issues openly, I was met with dismissive responses, blame-shifting, and a general unwillingness to resolve conflicts constructively. The company desperately needs to invest in leadership development, focusing on interpersonal skills, active listening, and genuine empathy to improve its culture.
