Pros
The interview process is very quick. And the interviewer is very nice . Company place is very nice and comfortable . There are many different roles and jobs for you , and after one or two years if you don't like the job you are doing ,you can transfer to another job.
Cons
Generally speaking the interview process is not so distinctive. The company has much depend on sales , so there are not so much engineering function there,but there are excellent UED team and DBA team . There are very challenge problems waiting for you , need cutting-edge technologies to solve the tech challenges.
