Pros
My coworkers who weren't managers were some of the best people I've ever worked with. Interesting projects and good work life balance outside of trips to China. It looks good on your resume.
Cons
Senior leadership are great at business development, horrible at management. They are salesmen, not leaders. Favoritism and brown nosing matters more than anything. People were given jobs well over their abilities or experience based on personal relationships, and your manager will speak to you if the head of the US office notices you standing towards the back of a town hall. You work on interesting projects, but getting anything done requires wading through ridiculous bureaucracy. Morale was horrible - heavy attrition, and most people said in surveys that they wouldn't recommend friends work there.
