Pros
Not too stressful working pace. Welfare is good. Good salary compared to other companies in Hangzhou, China. at least 17 days PTO per year.
Cons
But it's laying off employees all the time. The business is shrinking, so employees are pretending to be busy. It's useful meaningless and tiring. Also, nobody dare to finish work before 9pm, leaving little personal time.
