Pros
Alibaba.com has a good hearted people but being a Chinese company they are not in tune with US buyers. This makes working at Alibaba.com hard when you see so much potential but very few results or opportunities to help. Hopefully this will change with new management changes.
Cons
Eastern culture Mandarin language office Small satellite team in US Technology and IT help is difficult at best Lots of turnover with employees being laid off, fired or quitting Leadership needs some turnover
